Our technology includes leading optical technology with the only High DOF (Depth of Field) CIS with 16 mm depth of field, advanced sensor technology providing the only Zero Gap CIS worldwide and state-of-the-art data processing used for image improvement, especially for Roll-to-Roll printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our company was founded in 1991 by the owners Christine and Dr. Nikolaus Tichawa. Both are actively involved in R&D. Our first products were line scan cameras for spectroscopy with direct PC connection. Based on this technology, we have developed a range of cameras for industrial use. Today, as a medium-sized high-tech company, TICHAWA VISION GMBH develops and manufactures state-of-the-art, high-precision cameras and contact image sensors for industrial image processing. Decades of experience and technical know-how have earned us worldwide recognition on the market and international awards. Increasing sales figures and international growth lead us to expand our production site in 2017. We manufacture 95% of all components in-house to the highest quality on around 650 square meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
