For me, successful customer service means understanding our customers and their challenges, then responding appropriately to their requirements.

Ongoing support of customers throughout the purchasing and integration process is a key factor for successful customer service. For example, this means we are available for our customers even on Friday afternoons.
What measures do you take to ensure customer satisfaction?
Initially, at Tichawa, we rely on an initial testing phase where we provide test images. Following that, our prospects and customers receive loaner devices they can work with on-site. We support our customers and prospects during the testing phase with ongoing analyses. The core of this is our commissioning catalog, which offers valuable tips—so-called do’s and don’ts—drawing on our 30 years of experience.

I have successfully managed many projects and gained valuable insights into various industries and their specific requirements. This experience benefits our prospects and customers. My knowledge is incorporated into every new project, allowing us to find suitable solutions quickly most of the time.
What challenges do you face regarding customer service?
Our customers often desire rapid delivery of their orders—something we fully understand. At the same time, short development and delivery times pose a challenge, especially because we aim to meet the highest quality standards. Nevertheless, in most cases, we manage to meet these time pressures while delivering reliable and high-quality results.
