Our partner CMO-SYS in Göppingen/Germany provides technology and services for automation, quality assurance and analysis. Tichawa and CMO-SYS have been working closely together for many years in the field of automated optical inspection. On request, CMO-SYS supports the integration of Tichawa products and the implementation of specific inspection tasks. This can be done on the basis of a frame grabber with FPGA-based pre-processing as well as through a downstream evaluation on the industrial PC. FPGA programming is typically carried out under Visual Applets, PC-based evaluation under Halcon from MVTec or the MIL library from Matrox, but other configurations are also conceivable. CMO-SYS can cover the entire spectrum from project design support to complete project implementation.
