A CIS for Inner-inspection of tubes, pipes and other open cylinder shapes
BoroCIS – a newcomer among our sensors – part of the Profile Scan family. It enables image capture and thus machine quality control and the detection of errors on the inside of tubes, pipes or bores up to a depth of 250 mm. Due to different illumination options, it is suitable for both transparent tubes, e.g. made of glass and Plexiglas, and non-transparent tubes, e.g. made of metal and plastic, in order to make different defects such as paint defects, chips, bubbles and edges visible.
Our BoroCIS scores with a UV option, which enables magnetic particle crack detection according to DIN 9934-1. You can enjoy the following advantages with our BoroCIS: Distortion-free 360° all-round view, fast amortization and diameter change by changing the optics.
