Tichawa Vision is also having to deal with significant procurement problems in the current situation. We have come to grips with these formidable challenges using a combination of the following approaches.
We had and still have a very large inventory and sophisticated production planning compared to other industries and have continued to increase our inventory in a timely manner.
We created and qualified alternatives to many components that were very difficult to procure. The high modularity of our devices was helpful here.
For new products, we are focusing more and more on ease of procurement when selecting materials. As a result of all these measures, we are currently able to deliver without restrictions.
